Deutsche Guggenheim: Oct. 30 – Jan. 25 Anish Kapoor. In a commissioned work, the sculptor, who was born in Bombay in 1954, will install an enormous balloon-like object made from 22 tons of rusty COR-TEN steel.

The Tropics. Views from the Middle of the Globe can be seen at the MartinGropiusBau until January 5: 200 pre-modern works from Africa, Asia, Oceania and tropical America contrasted with works by contemporary artists from the same continents (including Franz Ackermann, Mark Dion, Fiona Tan).
